This new white nylon net petticoat slip. Adds that great fullne ss to your dresses. The top of the slip is a white broadcloth with a elastic waist.  The hem is finished off with a white organza colored ribbon. It fits a 23 inch My Twinn Doll.  The length from waist to hem is 7 1/2 and the fullness at hem is 15 0 inches.  All Seams Finished. Doll not included.
