Up for sale is this beautiful vintage Sayco Coquette baby doll. She has rooted blonde hair in good condition and blue-green sleepy eyes. I have dressed her in a pink vintage dress from around the same time period and a matching pink bow headband. She is in good condition overall with a few flaws I will list out. Her cloth body has some minor surface dirt you may wish to spot clean, and has a seam down the back where it has been opened and sewn back together. I added some new stuffing in the neck where she needed a little more filling. Her vinyl has a few spots here and there, such as on her left arm by the elbow. Please zoom into the pics to assess condition. An interesting feature of this doll is that her arms are connected to a metal armature or breast plate inside that allows them to rotate up or down. In the front of her body, there is a spot where the cloth has rubbed against the metal over the years and started to fray the fabric a bit. This sweet baby was made in the 1960s in a similar style to the popular Vogue Baby Dear and Ideal Thumbelina dolls. She has a very cute face mold with chubby cheeks and her face paint is still in good condition. Her sleepy eyes work well. She does not have a crier. Please reach out if you have any questions. Thanks for looking!
