This is the "Passion" outfit, TW8106 released in 2001 as a limited edition of 1500 pieces.  It's a formal outfit with a red full length beaded sequin gown, and a matching long pashmina style beaded shawl.  Also includes beaded, strappy high heel sandals, jewelry, and stockings.
