Simplicity Pattern 5420 Dresses Pattern "Design Your Own"

I am offering a pattern for you to sew from Simplicity for your 18" doll, such as My Generation, American Girl, Madame Alexander and others.  This is a pattern with many different options for the dress or PJ's: sleeves, pantaloons, collars, slips, vest, pants, and a bonnet. New and unfolded but the cover does have some creases. If you purchase $35.00 in doll items (shoes, patterns or outfits) I will include 6 free hangers.
