This outfit was made by me to fit your 18" girl doll. The outfit consists of a dress with trim & binding around the neck, a ribbon bow at the neckline, short puffy sleeves with elastic, panties, & 2 matching hair bows on metal hair clips. The dress closes with hook & loop tape. All fabric used in making the clothes is new. All seams are serged. All buttons & bows are hand-sewn on the items.
