Payment
We only accept payments through PayPal. Payments must be received within 48hrs of auction ending or immediately
upon "Buy it Now" purchase. We reserve the right to re-list the item and report to Pricetronic for non-payments within
48hrs. If payment is not received within 72hrs, Pricetronic will automatically open a non-payment case on your account.
Please contact us immediately should an issue arise that prevents you from making a successful payment.
Shipping
We only ship to Verified Addresses within the 48 Continuous States at this time
Handling Time: We usually ship within 24hrs (the next morning or same day if before noon pst) of receiving full
payment. We do not ship on holidays or Sundays. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible however, we reserve
the right to ship up to 7 days after receiving a payment.
Combined Shipping: We will combine shipping of multiple auctions that are purchased within 48hrs of ending. Please
request an invoice at the end of your last item for reduced rate (when possible).
Shipping Provider: We use USPS - Fed-Ex & UPS depending on the item and cost. Any items above $100 in value will
automatically have shipping insurance. Items under $100 value will not have purchased insurance unless you request
it prior to the auction ending - and you agree to pay the fees.
UPS does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Please be aware of this. If the item says UPS shipping, and you have a P.O. Box,
please be aware we will use USPS select parcel instead or reasonable shipping services, and we reserve the right to
change carriers at any time. This may be due to packaging, an item that cannot be shipped by a carrier, or other
issues that may arise during the packaging or shipping process.
Local Pickup: Local pickup is welcome if we are contacted prior to the end of the auction. We require valid
Washington State or Idaho issued Identification with your picture & address the same as your Pricetronic and/or PayPal
account for verification. We DO NOT accept cash payments for any items in auction. The item must be paid for
through PayPal prior to pickup.

By placing a bid or purchasing any item(s) from us you agree to all of the TERMS & CONDITIONS.

acquired through local closeouts, thrifts, estate sales, and personal collections from businesses or individuals.
All items are being auctioned or sold "as is". If you have questions or concerns about the usage, quality,
function, or you would like more images, please send us a message through Pricetronic and we will do our best to give you
a prompt response and within a timely manner.
We are not experts in the knowledge of the item(s) being sold. We make no claims as to the safety, proper use,
function, or ingestion of any item(s). We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or losses that may arise from
the transaction or use of the item(s) we sell - this includes but is not limited to - bodily injury, loss of use,
poor results, and or loss of income. All items are sold AS-IS and use is at your own risk. By purchasing or placing

ARBITRATION
THIS CONTRACT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION WHICH AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND MAY BE ENFORCED BY THE
PARTIES.
In the event a dispute shall arise between the parties from this transaction (whole or part) it is hereby agreed
that the dispute shall be referred to one of the following choices: (1) Washington Arbitration & Mediation Service
or alternate service by agreement of the parties; (2) from the county wherein the item(s) were sold from, or (3)
SPOKANE Washington Arbitration & Mediation Service for arbitration in accordance with the applicable United States
Arbitration and Mediation Rules of Arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and legally binding and
judgment may be entered thereon.
Each party shall be responsible for its share of the arbitration fees in accordance with the applicable Rules of
Arbitration.  In the event a party fails to proceed with arbitration, unsuccessfully challenges the arbitrator's
award, or fails to comply with the arbitrator's award, the other party is entitled to costs of suit, including a
reasonable attorney's fee for having to compel arbitration or defend or enforce the award.
LEGAL JURISDICTION
If arbitration is found to not be suitable  by any legal statutes, the terms of this Agreement and any dispute
relating thereto will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict/choice of law
principles. You and we agree that any dispute will be heard in a state or federal court in Spokane, Washington, and
you and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Spokane County,
Washington.
