Ooak Handmade 1960's Vintage Skipper/barbie Clothes

I'm doing a clear out for retirement and so am parting with my Barbie items.  This is a lot of clothes for Skipper from the Barbie series.  The white mod dress was sewn by my grandmother in the 1960's.  It has a hook and eye at the top and a snap lower down.
My grandmother also made the brown and white and matching brown capri outfit.  I noticed that there's a sewing glitch in the left leg and circled it in white on one of the photos. The fabric got caught and creates a little pleat thing.  It could be repaired by ripping out the seam and resewing.
The blue pajama set has a very loose waist.  The pants match the top-they have a same lace trim-but are a slightly lighter color than the top.
Finally, the red skirt may be for Skipper and it also fits Barbie.  I think my grandmother made it and I repaired it at some point because of the hand sewing on the back seam.
