Otherwise, the highest bidder gets it! Payment: I prefer payment through eBay or PayPal because it allows you to pay for something securely. If you use a credit card, and I never see the card info, no merchant can. It really is the most secure way to pay. I have a life (not this one, a different one) and I think my bidders probably have one too. I expect payment within a few days of winning the auction, if this is not possible (Like if the boss sends you to Nowhere-Ville in the middle of an auction) contact me ahead of time and we will work something out.  (Yes, that has happened too….) Shipping / Packing: Why are shipping charges so high? Have you bought a  gallon of gasoline lately?  Also, Drivers want to earn a decent living too!, Who would have thought? I am offering service from the USPS on this item,  and you will pay what I pay . The rates have been going up lately, as has the  price for almost everything. I am not charging for packaging materials or the time  it takes to pack, weigh and ship. So, this is about as cheap as I can get. Priority  mail offers tracking and insurance. (if I feel that the item warrants it) I have never  lost an item shipping this way, nor have I had any package "mangled" by the  USPS. I have had problems with other shippers. So, shipping charges are what  they are. I do my best to pack securely and get the item to you in good condition.  If you have a problem with your item, contact me, we will work it out. International shipping through eBay . HERE IS MY DEAL: If, by chance I pay less than you did,  I will refund to you the difference in the shipping charges.  (Rounded to the next whole dollar). Not likely, as I usually get stuck for higher shipping costs. However, Lately, I find that eBay is over charging ... slightly.... If they do, I will refund the difference. Combined Shipping: If you buy more than one item from me I will combine the shipping charges, if I can fit all the items in the same box. If I cannot, then the items will need to be shipped separately. Most times I can pack them all together. eBay is combining shipping automatically. If you buy several items from me in a short period of time eBay will automatically combine the shipping charges assuming that I will ship them all together. I will invoice you with the shipping discount. Alternate method if that does not work:  When you pay for the items with PayPal, you will pay the full shipping charges, then when I have packed your items, and get a good shipping cost for the combined weight, I will refund you the difference through PayPal. This only works if you buy items from me that are ending at around the same time. If you are bidding on auction items that have different ending dates, then you need to contact me IMMEDIATELY  after you have won the first item and tell me to hold it until the other auction has ended. If you don’t contact me soon enough, I may have already shipped the first item. (Sometimes I am pretty quick).  In any case, if you are unsure, contact me. Returns: I am not a “Merchant” I am selling stuff I don’t need, which means I don’t want it back! Just because you decided that you really don’t like it after all, doesn’t mean I want it back.
