Doll Dress for a 13 to 15" Doll

This is a cute dress, well made, but not tagged.  The dress is 8" from collar to hem and about 5-3/4" from the waist to the hem.  The doll in the pics is 11", too small for this dress (Doll is not included in the auction).  It is made of heavy cotton with ruffles on the sleeves and hems.  An underskirt is sewn to the blue ribbon.
