Crocheted Dress for Little Darling Dolls (and similar sized 13" dolls)

This dress is my own design.  It is crocheted with off-white fine cotton yarn.  It has ruffled short sleeves.  The skirt is 3 layers of coffee-colored white polka-dotted ruffles.  It is embellished with tiny ribbon flowers around the waist.  I'm also including a ring of the ribbon flowers for your doll to wear on her head.
Note:  Doll and shoes are not include.
