Cabbage Patch Butterick Sewing Patterns 16" & Preemies Doll Clothes

We offer combined shipping on multiple patterns: 3.50 for single pattern & .50 added for each additional, calculated at checkout. To receive the shipping discount please add each pattern to your cart BEFORE checking out. These are older Butterick sewing patterns, doll cabbage patch clothes 16" (also some preemies)  - you pick. All patterns are cut unless specified in the drop-down menu above when choosing a pattern (UC = uncut).  Pattern pieces from the 1940's and some 50's, (mostly mail order) are pre-cut from the manufacturer. Due to years of storage and possible use, each individual pattern may have tears, loose envelope seams, incomplete envelopes, holes, old or recent cellophane tape repair, minor stains or handwriting on the envelopes.
