Butterick Cabbage Patch Kids Doll Clothes Pattern #3659 cut 1986 w/ iron ons. Opened and cut, and labelled in envelopes, this pattern I believe to be complete. Comes with original 1986 Cabbage Patch iron ons, 6 total, that have never been used. The envelopes are:
sash
petticoat
apron
dress
panties
The other pattern denotes panties and is complete at 4 pages. This is from a smoke free home and has been kept flat.
