Boneka Silk Cotton Smocked Doll Dress 4 13" Effner Little Darling Doll

A very pretty white silk cotton blend dress with beautiful hand-smocking on the bodice in 2 shades of blue with mint colored greenery and rose-pink roses hand-embroidered into the smocking. The dress has puff sleeves and waist ties and closes in the back with functioning buttons. This dress was made for Little Darling.  My doll and her shoes and socks and under-slip are not included.
