Playset includes a two-story loft with living area and bedroom, a circular staircase, fireplace, couch, chair, tables and more!
Includes assembly instructions and original contents of playset.
Includes cardboard pieces and cardboard doll inserts from original box.
Lights work and sound plays - please see photos and video.
Battery box in perfect condition - was not stored with batteries.

Second story of loft: 15 inches tall (including light) x 17 inches wide x 13 inches deep
Pillars of first story: 14 inches tall
Some minor wear on the shiny fringe and the stars on the stair steps (please see photos).
PLEASE NOTE: This DOES NOT include any My Scene Barbie dolls or batteries - only the playset items.
Will be shipped partially unassembled.
Owned by one collector in a smoke-free environment - item is in very good condition (not played with as child's toy).
