Cute lot of 2 1940-1950s small doll dresses. Both are cotton.
1. White with purple floral. Tie back. slight staining on tie. Factory made. Machine sewn. 1 1/4 inch long horizontal rip needs mended near top back bodice.
Dress measures: 6 1/2 inches long
4 1/4 inches FLAT measured underarm to underarm
4 inches FLAT measured shoulder seam to shoulder seam
4 inches FLAT measured waist
2. Pink and blue dress. Factory made. Machine sewn. Cute elasticized front pocket. Unique bodice decor. 2 back snaps. Ric rac trim. May have light spots.
Dress measures: 6 1/4 inches long
4 1/2 inches FLAT measured underarm to underarm
4 inches FLAT measured waist
3 1/2 inches FLAT measured shoulder seam to shoulder seam
What does FLAT MEASURED mean? We measure the garment laying flat so we are only measuring the front width. For the entire measurement of the garment around the waist, around the bodice, etc, double the measurement listed. Measure around your doll with a flexible tape measure for the best results. For example, a 4 inch flat measured waist is approximately 8 inches around the entire garment, so a doll of no bigger than an 8 inch waist could wear that item.

I ship calculated USPS shipping. USPS rules state that if the mailer is over 1/4 of an inch thick it is considered a package. Package dimensions, package weight, and the zone of the shipping destination all figure into the postage pricing system. The USPS base package price starts at $4.75 (1-4 oz). There is a $2 handling fee per auction lot. I combine shipping on auction lots that close within 2 days of each other.
